Our journey of helping Small Business owners scaling companies to successful profitability began about a decade ago after one of our mentors suggested Consulting and Coaching. Unique insights and strategies he had developed over years of working closely with Business leaders worldwide were provided to us. This advice led to the creation of GDH Asset Management, a company dedicated to helping businesses thrive in a competitive landscape. Following many years of hands-on experience guiding entrepreneurs of start-up companies, we eventually added corporate ventures and C-Level executives.

Grady Holdridge (G-Man) is a seasoned strategic operations executive known for his adeptness in driving revenue growth, implementing cost control measures, and spearheading process improvements. With over 35 years of experience, Grady has consistently demonstrated his ability to build and lead high-performance teams, significantly contributing to the acceleration of business growth and the successful execution of strategies aimed at achieving scalable profitability. His proficiency in managing projects within strict timely, budgetary, and scope constraints while ensuring alignment with deliverables, requirements, and regulatory protocols has earned him recognition in the industry. Grady is highly regarded for his talent in identifying and integrating ground-breaking systems, tools, and practices to streamline operations, drive organizational efficiencies, achieve client satisfaction, and champion automation, thereby contributing to the overall success of the organizations he has been associated with.

Since 1988, Grady has served as the Principal and Operations Leader at MasterGuard of California, American Safety Co, Bakersfield Athletic Club, and multiple others where he played a pivotal role in founding or scaling the company. Through his leadership, Grady drove growth by overseeing all aspects of business operations, formulating and implementing key business strategies, securing financial investments, and fostering key partnerships to propel the company's growth trajectory. A commitment to nurturing talent and fostering a collaborative work environment is instrumental in the recruitment and development of high-performing teams.
During his recent tenure as a Business Consultant in Dallas, TX from 2022 to 2024, Grady collaborated with Business owners on all operational facets and directed 5 divisions, showcasing his expertise in conducting data analysis on operational and divisional metrics, delivering detailed presentations, negotiating and closing sales, managing recruitment and training procedures, and leading the development and roll-out of a video training program across all departments.

Grady holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Education, a Certification in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno, NV, and an Associate of Arts from the College of the Sequoias, Visalia, CA. He has been recognized for his outstanding achievements, including being awarded Salesman of the Year (Valley Safety & Security), National Wholesaler of the Year (Horizon USA), and Akademia Reggae Artist Song of the Month (Big Bongo Productions).
Outside of his professional endeavors, Grady has been actively involved for more than 25 years as an sports coach and official after competing at the collegiate, high school, and youth level.  He has dedicated his time to volunteering with organizations such as Big Brothers & Big Sisters, Suicide Prevention, and Community Radio showcasing his commitment to giving back to the community and making a positive impact beyond his professional accomplishments.
